His strengths are optimizing:

- Financial management, financial reporting, budgeting and variance analysis
Vince also has significant information systems experience and has led needs-assessment studies, system selections, implementation and migrations for small entities and Fortune 500 companies.
A native of Southern New Jersey, Vince’s last corporate post was as the CFO of a service entity with more than 50 profit centers, 17 geographic locations and 1,600 employees. Vince helped transform this entity from a loss-generating unit – which was not a viable player – into a solid, profitable division and strong competitor in its industry. He oversaw the opening of several new geographic units, in addition to another new division. Vince was responsible for building financial models for client compensation; profitability tracking by client, segment, entity and division; treasury/cash management, tax, internal audit/corporate governance/policies and procedures; HR, IT and strategic planning.
He also has significant experience in mergers and acquisitions, having worked on over 50 transactions in virtually every world region. Some of these transactions had trade sale values up to $50 million. In this capacity, he devised and oversaw target identification, negotiation, analyzing the financial metrics of the transaction (ROI, IRR), contract generation, integration and post-acquisition analysis.
His most recent transaction experience was in support of a long-term client that was acquired by a private-equity backed entity for over $20.0 million. The transaction was complex, drawn out and required massive amounts of effort in the area of financial due diligence, especially considering the huge team of due diligence specialists the private equity company assembled.
Recently, Vince has been instrumental in helping one of his clients achieve 937% top line growth in a 7 year period, becoming one of the fastest growing entities in their industry in the mid Atlantic region.
Vince earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration from West Liberty University, in West Liberty, West Virginia. He completed the Certified Public Accountant examination in Pennsylvania in 1985 and also earned the Certified Information System Auditor designation.
